The class consists of a mix of different ranks and is divided between solo, partner, and collective training.

Typical class routine:

  1. Warm up / form
  2. Group exercise
  3. Curriculum training for your rank

We have a cooperative vs competitive culture.  Your partner will work with you at your rank’s skill level even if he/she is more advanced.  Our instructors are hands-on and passionate about your success.

It is important to know that the training experience is not just kicking, punching, and working out.  We explain all the techniques and concepts in-detail and promote safe, high-quality martial art training.
