WingChun uses your natural body movement and does not require a lot of athleticism to perform. Structure, body mechanics, and technique are emphasized instead of solely relying on raw strength and speed. Our progressive training program is designed to improve your skill step-by-step.

Martial arts training is about fatiguing your muscles, sweating, working on technique, hitting and being hit, and applying attacks and defenses on people of different sizes and abilities. After training, you should have no doubt in your mind that you honestly know your abilities and what you can do in a real situation.
